I spend my days focused on three core areas: people management, strategy and automation, and I called the combined discipline people enablement.
You see many role-specific variations of people enablement, like sales enablement and RevOps in sales departments, and DevOps in engineering departments.
My passion lies in how those departments bridge together to execute corporation-wide people enablement strategies, and how investors can do the same to implement portfolio-wide strategies.
